Hacking help with xci conversion pls

Hi All

Just installed the HBC on a switch running 9.0.1, i have been following a guide to convert a dump from xci to nsp. I have tried dumping my keys but get an error with the tsec.

I have done some searching ut still scratching my head, could someone point me in the right direction please to install the xci dump.

Dump your keys, rename to keys.dat.

Use gui tool, profit.

If you have HBG on the switch, you dont need to convert it, it installs them directly.
