ROM Hack HELP with TRIMMING ROM TOOL wont work for me

So Im using this line: C:\Users\Xaident\Desktop\GAMES TRIMM\rom_tool.exe -t 3DS0611 - Bravely_Default.3ds


Its not working, cmd opens and closes right away. What is wrong??
