Hacking Help with the Shop Update

Ive been out of the Wii homebrew scene for awhile. Today I decided to use Wii Shop and IOS51 installer from wiibrew.com in hopes of avoiding any delay come Sunday (Animal Crossing release). I uses the HBC friendly version under the Other section of the web page from wiibrew. I did the two simple updates (IOS first if that matters). Im considered at 3.3 now but it wont launch the Shop Channel. Everything else works fine though.

I know this has probably been asked before but I can't find a thread that helps. Thanks if you help me.

you can also do it in the wrong (but working) way,
1.install any cIOS
2.Do the update thru the Wii Settings
3.Apply IOS Downgrader 1.0

Ill give it a shot. Should I just update again but via the Wii menu? Do you have a link to the downgrader your speaking of? I believe there is more then one and Wankiko's is the safest.

here is the IOS Downgrader, install the latest Waninkoko's cIOS that's the choosen one by the gods of GBATemp.....lol XD

Where do I get the cIOS? I feel so confused. Thanks again for all the help.
