Help with the microsoft .net

I had .net framwork 4.0 ,4.5 and 4.6.2 in my pc. After many issues in softwares i wanted to reinstall them. As i went to uninstall in the control panel(also tried iobit uninstaller),there was no setup to uninstall it. So i thought there was no .net and when i tried to install the setup again, it said already 4.62 or later has been installed. Then i went to C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework and i deleted some of the files i could . Some of them had trusted installer owner . I also deThen i ran razer cortex and etc. I only got an error. Please tell me a way to clean my .net and reinstall again . Please reply as soon as possible.I have much files in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework. How can i delete it will it solve my problem.I also deleted some without owner permisssion from the folder.I also tried registry cleaner to clear any uninstall issues . no change.Please help. With Thanks.i tried my best but the software didn;t give me permission

You've probably already fucked up by gutting random files, registry entries, and changing file permissions.

I tried all of them ,nothing worked i just resetted my pc.
As i had no other way.

I know it is too late but just in case if something like this happens, you could try Total Uninstall. However it is imperative to run it first for post install.

Simply download the installer and install them again. If it gives you the option, tell it to Repair.

I don't think uninstalling the .Net Framework was the correct course of action, especially since it's an OS extension.

Also, do not delete anything from the Windows dirdctory unless you know what you're doing, which you don't. It'll only make things worse.
