Homebrew Help with... super mario 64 ds

i have a hacked 2ds and a unhacked 2ds, could i load cheats on to the cartridge using the hacked ds and play it on the unhacked 2ds?
if so please link it!

Nope, not possible.

Cartridges contain ROMS on them, which I'm sure you've heard before. This stands for Read Only Memory, meaning you can't actually edit the data on the cart. The most you could do is to modify the save, but that wouldn't do much in DS mode, where the sd card can't be reached.
