I just ordered a 4GB Kingston Micro SDHC card off of Newegg a few days ago. I got it today, transferred all of my files from my previous 1GB Kingston card to the new one, and none of the apps appear on the Homebrew Channel. The format is 32, if that has anything to do with it...

Anyone know the problem?

Click "Home" in HBC.
Choose "Reload".
Voila, your apps should likely appear.
At least that has worked on every SDHC card that I have tested that is listed as incompatible on that list.

where you been under a rock? the new 4.0 changed that!

Sorry to hear about your troubles with your card.

I've only used an 8gb kingston and it worked fine.
Never experimented with a micro before.

I just found that for a long time that compatibility chart listed 95% of cards as incompatible when all you had to do was hit reload and the cards would work.

Just saw today that they finally updated the chart.

I have the same problem here, but my 4GB Kingston micro SDHC was working and now it stopped... I can run WiiWare and VC on SD Channel, but HBC does not load any application. I tried to format it, but no luck...

can you run the hbc and apps from a usb ext hard drive? i got a 640gb west digital i want to use it to load hbc AND games using the usb loader can it be done?

from personal experience Kingston sux
always buy Sandisk or Panasonic (there warranty terms are harsh)
I use only those 2 since there the best IMO
