ROM Hack Help with saga 2 patching

I patched saga 2 with the english patch but got this:xdelta.exe:expected from this file(C:documents4184 - SaGa 2 - Hihou Densetsu - Goddess of Destiny (JP)(PLAYiT).nds) of length 134217728 bytes.
And it doesn't work so what to do I get an patched game but it can't launch and i get no rom information on scds2.

Did the program think the rom was bigger?
Or what did I do wrong.

You probably don't have a clean ROM.

I think you're rght I checked my rom and it said 0 bytes!!!:l
