If you're talking about the first time you go to aether paradise, and you died fighting the Ultra Beast, you could probably go to the resort on the second island, where you met the doctor, maybe he's still loaded there to take you back, if you died later in the game, then I have no clue... Or you could try going to a port and see if the ferry will take you there.
you can get one from catching magnemite, it will holding metal coat, if you are lucky.
