Gaming Help with PCHex++ please

I got the Homebrew Launcher working on my Old3DS, but I have a problem. When I try to use PCHex++, or even PHBbank for that matter, all I see is Mario Party (which isn't even a Pokemon game), not my Pokemon Alpha Sapphire or Y games. (I don't need it to show Y, only AS). I thought the problem might be that they are digital downloads, not cartridges, but then again so is Mario Party, so I don't know what the problem is, and was hoping someone here could help me.

use the d-pad to switch games.
