Hi guys I ordered an R4i 3ds flashcard from ndsgamer. How would I go about returning it?

I would assume you just contact them, get a shipping address to return it to, then send it off and wait. Though I've seen a lot of threads claiming NDSGamer is a pretty junk shop, not sure if you'll get your refund.
