I've been keeping track of the scene for a while.. I know there's sticky threads and such but it's really overwhelming. I'm sorry, I just need some assistance. I don't want to be the lazy person who's going to be like "is there an easy simple way just like wii??" or anything. I just need to get things together but it's all hitting so fast. Can someone tell me where can I begin? I read on the guide and I need to block updates and such but what do I do afterwards? Do I need to have my Wii U connect to my computer or..? Sorry if this is a bother of a post I know a lot of people usually just direct people to the stickies. It's just a LOT to take in. Seems really complicated but I don't want my wait on 5.3.2 to be wasted. Been waiting to go online for a while.

Thanks guys. As long as I still remain on 5.3.2 I honestly can't see any issues. Just wanted to be sure. I know if you usually update through means like EMUNand then hacks (like Ninjahax) can be broken off

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Wait does anyone know another way to URL filter? Seems like AT&T U-Verse doesn't support website filtering and that's already a pain to begin with..

There are many people who only use TubeHax DNS and it's fine.

Guys my Wii U keeps freezing when trying to access payload 532.. I think I'm doing something wrong. I followed the instructions but I'm unable to access mongoose on my wii u

Okay now I'm getting "Race Attack Failed". Do you know what I did wrong? I probably did something obvious wrong

Nope, just keep praying

Try clearing your history and save settings (from the browser settings). The first time running the Kexploit is a bit of a bitch, but it should work 100% of the time after that

Okay I did it again and it returned me to the home button menu (no suspended software). I wasn't able to access the AIO Kernel Exploit page on my Wii U however..

Also thank you for the replies

"Race attack failed" means it is working as intended, well.... almost. You just have to keep trying, make sure to go to in and out of settings between each attempt.

Yeah I did that. It stopped saying it and just put me on the home menu (where you can suspend your software) but I wasn't able to get to the AIO Kernel Exploit page (where you type in the port/IP). That just gives me an error code but I can access it through my regular web browser

Ah so I didn't need to go to the AIO Kernel Exploit through the IP/port..? I still can't access that for some reason even though the guide is telling me to get there

I saw it under the main thing of "how to run the kernel exploit" so I thought I was doing things wrong but then I saw a URL to input into my Wii U browser which ran the exploit after going in and coming out of settings so I'm not even sure. Any way I can properly test to make sure I got the exploit going?
