Hacking Help with modding 3DS

I have been trying to mod my 3DS with Bruteforce Movable. My Friend Code and ID0 are correct, but I still get this pop-up:

We were unable to successfully complete your bruteforce request. :`(​

Is there any way to fix this?
And sorry if this thread may look short, I'm kinda new to GBAtemp.

You can try redoing this via VPN
Also if i'm not mistaken there are instructions to do bruteforcing by yourself
