I am trying to translate tingle's balloon fight DS but I cant't find graphics like the title screen and other text as it is almost all graphic text in the game (I'm assuming). All the tile and palette files are uncompressed and I've checked all of them (there's also "Cell Animation" and "Cell Resource files" as well. what are they?). Am I missing something?
