Help with K10Stat

So, I saw this video online saying how you can use a program called K10Stat for AMD CPU's and GPU's to over clock, under lock, and under volt.
I was really interested in undervolting my laptop which is running Windows 10 with an AMD R8 CPU and an AMD Radeon R5 M430 GPU.
My laptop runs very hot when trying to play very basic games, such as CS:GO, and League of Legends, which it should be able to run completely fine.

Could someone please help me with on how to run this program and where to download it from?
