Homebrew Help with frogminer and download Play

I installed cfw on my 3DS via frogminer, but wanted to restore the ds download play so i tried using the last frogtool option and it took out the japanese flipnote but did not add the download play. If the writing sounds weird, it's because I'm using Google Translator

Obs: my language its portuguese brazil

Try restoring DS Dowload Play with the Troubleshooting page of the guide. This will delete the DS titles so a normal system update re-downloads them.
