Help with extraction

Im trying to download my nsp file for pokemon legends za *snip* for my eden and it keeps saying this when i try and extract the files
Windows cannot open the folder.

It may have forbidden characters in the filenames, which were permissable on another operating system. Have you tried other extraction tools like 7zip, Winrar, etc? They may strip such characters.
