Hacking Help with downgrade o3ds 11.0.0-33U

Hey guys,
I have an o3ds 11.0.0-33U and i was wondering if i can downgrade it. I had 4 swords installed, but i unistalled before this exploit (slowhax/waithax) was released. Can someone help me out? I'm very new to the 3ds hacking scenario, so please explain it to me step by step.

ctr-httpwn can use eshop on older firmwares

Look into browserhax and get the starter homebrew on your sd card and then setup menuhax to make life easier
