Hacking Help with DIOSMIOS

I have been having trouble getting games for DIOSMIOS v2.9 to run.

I am using DIOSMIOS BOOTER to run Luigi's Mansion (NTSC) and I compressed the file using GC Iso Compressor and it just freezes after the Nintendo logo.
