Hacking Homebrew Help with data transfer

So I had this switch and it... Broke!
So I bought a new one that was already hacked and now I want to use the old switch's "Nintendo" folder so I don't have to reinstall all of the games again. If I put everything that's on the new switch's sd card (except for the Nintendo folder) on the old sd cards would it work on the new switch?

And if I combine all Nintendo folders together into one folder and put it into a single sd card will anything bad happen?
