Hacking Help with cIOS Installer

Well... when I launch the backup loader, it opens the application, but then it seems to lock up, there is a small green icon in the lower left of the screen, along with the title at the top... but I am unable to do anything, and the Wii doesn't seem to respond, and I am forced to power cycle it...

any suggestions

Remove any Gamecube Memcards/Controllers.

So they ARE different? I wasn't aware of that.

cIOS D_1.2 lets you choose between 2.0 - 3.3 version to install, and only download and install the BC, MIOS, IOS30 and SysMenu.

IOS D_1.0 Download and install the rest of the IOS with the trucha bug (not sure if are the 3.1 or 3.2 IOS'es).

Oh my god... it was the gamecube memory cards all along.... thank you so much! My backup didn't launch, but I'm sure that has something to do with my burn or write media...

Thank you all very much!

I figured it was. GC Memcards freeze Gamma for me too[I think Gamma expects to see SD Geckos there, but instead finds Memcards, so it doesn't know what to do and freezes].
