Help with cheat plugins

I want to use some ice station z haxx, but both plugins i downloaded are .plg and .3gx. I'm pretty sure .plg can just be used with NTRBoot, and I think .3gx is an older plugin file but I don't know how to run it really, I think I need a custom boot.firm or something. Does anyone know where I can get something like this?

.3gx is the new plugin
You need Luma3ds with 3gx loader built in

oh yeah i use this already, I guess i just havent used 3gx's in a long time
