will the 3.51 psp be able to be downgraded so theat me and my friend can create a pandora's battery for my bricked psp ( we both have phat psps, but my firmware is unknown) or do I have to find someone else?

he should just buy tool battery from Here and download this

And both of you can have modded/ unmodded PSP's that work.
