I'm not much of a computer guy, and I need some help.

I'm trying to create a WBFS partition on my external hard drive so my little brother can play some games. I've been following a guide from this website: http://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-ntfs-wbfs-dual-partition.146191/ and I'm stuck on step 13...

I got the command prompt open, but I have no idea how to "navigate to your WBFS folder" via command prompt...

Can someone tell me what I'm supposed to do? I'm terrible with computers and I want to get this set up before my brother gets back from the hospital.

Any help is appreciated!

Sorry if this isn't the correct place to post this.

Dont bother formatting to WBFS, its unstable, and your PC will not recognize it.
Format it to FAT32, with FAT32 GUI Formatter, that comes with ModMii. Also use Wii Backup Manager to transfer games from PC to USB drive.
Click on the ModMii for windows on my sig.....
