Hacking Help with 3in1 save backup/restore

I just bought Picross3D, yet I've been playing the (J) rom release since it was dumped. I've solved over 300 puzzles, and used it with the (U) release recently, too. I personally buy the games I really enjoy, so this was a must-buy. Normally, when I buy the retail game, I use the 3in1 NDS Backup Tool to send the .sav over to the retail cart. But in this case, it seems the save type isn't supported by the 3in1 tool.

So, my question is, are there other save backup/restore programs, or some kind of update to the 3in1 backup tool to support this save type? I'm using the most recent tool.
