Hacking Help with 3ds system files

I want to play MH4U online using pretendo servers but I need localfriendcodeseed_b, secureinfo_b, and ctcert.bin and I dont have a 3ds.
Can someone share or tell me where to download this files

For starters: what led you to believe that you need those files? Were you reading a page in particular? And did that page not provide those details..?

Well, those files you mentioned are all system-specific files that you would normally copy from a 3DS. If someone gave you those files, then no one else would be able to use those files as well.
