Hacking Help with 3DS stuck on "Failed to Mount CTRNAND"

Hi,

I was trying to follow this guide to the letter

After the CTRNand steps I boot perfectly into 2.1.0 but when I was copying over the NAND backup to my PC I noticed that the files in the SD:/CTRTransfer/ are listed:
2.1.0-4E_ctrtransfer_o3ds.bin
and
<serialnumber>_nand.bin.sha.

Does this mean that there where no proper NAND backup made in the process?

I went to http://2xrsa.3ds.guid and it seems to have worked.

If I press select while booting I get into LUMA settings but I cannot boot into firmware or mount CTRNAND.
I cannot restore the <serialnumber>_nand.bin cause it's not in the folder.
Any options here?

I have the OTP saved.
I have another hacked identical New 3DS XL of the same region. Any chance I could use that one to save the day?
Make a decrypted NAND backup on my other 3DS and make some magic with the OPT of this problematic one?

Thank you for the reply, But I followed the steps in the link to the point where im supposed to reboot the 3DS, but im getting the same problem after that "Failed to mount CTRNAND"

Also after restoring the 9.2 CTRNAND image as suggested by proflayton123 i can't see the the actual CRTNAND partition get any larger. The image is about 1gb and the partition is still about 700 something.
I compared this with my other New 3DS XL on the latest firmware, and that CTRNAND partition is 1GB.
So I tried backing up the ctrnand_full.bin from my working 3DS to the non-working one following official instructions:

• Transfer CTRNAND images between systems: Transfer the file located at S:/ctrnand_full.bin (or E:/ I. On the receiving system, press A, select CTRNAND Options..., then Transfer to NAND.

And it's still showing up as 700 something MB and giving me the same error.

Im not sure whats going on here
