Hacking help with 1.7

when loading games with 1.7 it says the saved data could not be accessed ect.. error 1.6rc2 works fine ?? any help.. thanks

try deleting the akmenu4.nds and __aio folder from your MicroSD, then recopying the new v1.7 akmenu4.nds and __aio folder to your MicroSD

i'm guessing that your problem is caused by not overwriting some of the existing AKAIO files on your MicroSD

PS:
for what it's worth, i installed AKAIO 1.7 right after a format and experienced no problems. currently very happily playing Blue Dragon clean rom with no issues, even though my sav file was created from a patched rom on AKAIO 1.6 RC2.

Also make sure you use FAT32 using the recommended program above.

Are you sure you put correctly in place the micro sd?

Did you download that kernel from AKAIO WEBSITE and it´s not a broken file?

Try using just kernel without anything like cheats or whatsoever and make sure you use a good rom. In such cases i prefer using Mario Kart DS (i own mario kart ds legally so no probs) rom as guinea pig to such saves related problems.

If you manage to save in Mario Kart, the problematic ROM may be the one you´re actually using..

POST what version of Acekard do you use. Look into your microsd and tell what extension did you use for games in 1.6RC2 and what is NOW in your settings.

Do you use DS/DSL/DSi/DSiXL ???

And what about bad contacts, freezes system or so?

POST game names which has problems - are they patched or so?
