Misc Help Wanted --- THE BIGS 2 Mod

Hello, I am seeking help from anyone who would for free or cheap. In my The Bigs 2 game, there are many limitations to things you can do in the game, such as 4 created players per team, which is very bad for me, because I am trying to create every real life player playing currently in the game. For those who do not know, the bigs 2 is a 2009 Major League Baseaball game, with many features, however there are limitations that I would like to be changed if possible. i don't have any game hacking skills but it sounds like someone could easily get past the custom character limit, will be keeping an eye on this thread just in case someone comes up with the code, I think having a baseball game that can have full roster updates through a save file sounds incredible.
