Help using Wii backup manager

For some reason, I can't seem to figure this app out. Whenever i try to load the folder with my isos, the app gets stuck at 2% and refuses to load any of them. Am i doing something wrong??

Which Format have your ISO Files please ?
(.iso / .wbfs / .nkit.gcz or other ) ?
