AFAIK no. No one's been able to do this yet.
Seems like he was on the right track, but in the end he didn't get very far. Some serious work will probably be needed to make it compatible with OoT.

I hope I'll find a way to do this to help people on 5.0+ without browser installed to execute cfw

It's a later version of the same software. The leaked one didn't have the relevant functions implemented yet. Unless yellows8 decides to release it (unlikely) or there's another leak (even less likely) you won't be able to find it anywhere.

the one in the wild has all the special functions however it isn't necessary if you have savedatafiler access.
Like he says, you just need a way to access the save filesystem.
