Hi, I have a Wii that I softmodded/hacked back in like 2009 (its on ver 4.1u) that I used for a few months back then and haven't used since.
The Homebrew Channel is installed but it's an older version that needs updating too but controller freezes when it prompts me to press 1 to proceed.
I want to get back into it and need to know what all I need to do to it to bring it all up to date.
I have a external hard drive with a few dozen backups on it as well.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

Also, I tried updating the Wii through system update but it gives error coed 32004...It wont do the update.
