Hacking Help troubleshooting DSI Downgrade

I am using Plialects guide doing Dsi downgrade App inect with a second 3DS.

Source 2DS with Luma
Target NDSXL 11.0,

I made it to Section VI - System Transfer, Completed all seemed fine restored my 2DS in Section VII with Hourglass9 from the back up nand. Source unit is back to standard operation in Luma.

Went to the target unit for Section VIII no sudoku dsi.

Few questions,

1) where do I start trouble shooting trying to find Sudoku

2) am I stuck for a week with the same two systems? is it safe to start over from scratch? is there a better point to go back to than scratch to progress from?

3) I have another source system I can use, is the target system week locked too?

If you restored your nand on the source just move the dsi to the sd and then put it in the target and move to system nand

No luck, transferred it over. "No accessible software data." on the target. Sudoku shows up on the same SD in the source...

No network ID data on the target (getting the new ID/link prompt, was logged in earlier.)

Can't log in on the target because I am on 11.0 (ctr-httpwn?)

The source has a 7 day lock now.

Any ideas, and is it possible to try again with a fresh source or will my target be locked too?

Both are locked for 7 days.

Just got to wait it out. Make sure the dsi game works on the source and is stored on the nand before transfering
