Misc Help transferring SD cards

I just got a wii a few days ago and softmodded it using letter bomb. i originally used an 8gb standard sdhc card. i decided i wanted to use a larger 64gb micro sdxc card in an adapter. before, on the 8gb card, bootmi would load just fine and all my homebrew would be present in the homebrew channel. now, however, with the 64gb sdxc card it doesn't go into bootmi and none of the homebrew on the card shows up. what am i doing wrong? i copy and pasted everything and made sure the bigger card was formatted to fat32.
i'm conidering just starting over and using the 64gb card from the jump but i can't seem to get my wii to recognize it at all. i do have a 32gb micro sdhc card if that would work better than the micro sdxc. thanks in advance for any help.

Hello,

format all your SD and micro SD cards in FAT 32 with guiformat ==>guiformat

also check if they are not write blocked (the little lock on the side of the SD).

some SD or micro cards work badly with the wii, it depends on a lot of things (brand, capacity, micro or not ....)
