Hacking Homebrew Help to fix emuMMC corrupted

I updated Atmosphere with the lasted version 1.5.4 with hekate v6.0.4 and Nyx v1.5.3 also update the dig patches and it works perfect but when I was playing Pokémon scarlet it crashed and got a message about corruption files that I couldn’t take a pick then I if try to inject the payloads to start emuMMC it says.

I’m not expert and I’m not sure if the problem is my SD card. But if someone can help me I’ll really appreciate it
