Check the encryption method on your wireless security. Nintendo likes TKIP and apparently hates AES. I had to switch the encryption before my Switch could connect - it's lousy because the PS4 seems to hate TKIP and has shoddy connection, so now I had to buy an ethernet cable to connect the PS4 and still have my Switch connect to my router.

The switch doesn't recognize tkip!
With aes the connection appears but not connect with the router!

Do you know if it even connects to another router or is it a general problem?
Have you tried tethering from your smartphone and trying to connect to it?
Does it work? Can you connect to the internet this way?

Try resetting the internet connection on your Switch and restart the Switch if necessary, if it doesn't connect.

One of your errors is the same code they are giving 3DS who have been banned. If your ID as ever been used on a hack 3DS that just got banned, it may be the cause. Even if you don't have the 3DS anymore, I don't think it matters. Nintendo probably has a list of IDs and it most likely list any systems your ID has been used on.

That's the error I had in May. Power off and on or restart the Switch. It will then probably ask you to install an update. You can in most cases select no to it and the net connection should start working again.
