I managed to boot up the Nintendo 64 rip of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Master Quest (U) by swapping it out with Ocarina of Time as a base game. However, whenever I go into the pause subscreen, there is a huge delay and the background is black. As an Nintendo 64 emulator user I know that the subscreen delay is a bug in most emulators due to a lack of timing accuracy (or something along the lines of that), so most Video Plugins have a hack/workaround. However, the Virtual Console version of Ocarina of Time does not have this problem, which I assume is because Nintendo uses a workaround as well. But even though I am using the same config as Ocarina of Time, the delay is back. Can somebody tell me how to fix this?
