ROM Hack Help setting up Waning Moon

Hi. Could someone please help me with setting up waning moon.

I keep black screening when entering Moon.

I put the code.ips which came from the patch.zip into F:\luma\titles\0004000000175E00 and the stuff into SaltySD.
