Hacking Help setting up smashstack on Wii U

Got ahold of SSBB for a week (borrowed it from a friend) to set up HBC on vWii. However I can only find the save file for the US version of the game and I have PAL. Any pointers? Or, if allowed, direct link to the save?

Just make a new file on the system memory yourself WITHOUT the sd card inserted, removed all stages in the Stage Builder in System Memory and relaunch the game with the sd card inserted and go to the stage builder.

But you need Smashstack on the SD card right? Sorry for sounding newbie, I softmodded my Wii back in the day with letterbomb, not Smash so this is new to me

Of course you need Smash Stack on the sd card! How else would the hack work? Magic?

Yeah, my problem is, I can only find the US smashstack, I have a PAL copy of the game..

Also, he already tried out that site and the download didn't work, I found another link and he has yet to confirm if it works.
