Hacking help semi brick

hello guys

i got semi brick from wii music (pal) i am (ntsc) i got home brew channel

i think i am now v3.3u (i was v3.2) and i can't enter semio brick

i want to downgrader but i can't enter the net cos i can't enter the wii setting can any one help ??


ps : if there is way to downgrader with no net please give me it .

you plonker, why on earth did you accept a update from a different region, are you a complete noob?
no1 in the right mind would go ahead and update a complete different region update knowing what semi brick you'll get, having no NET doesn't help, is your wii chipped?
hmm, well your on the latest update as no discs have the 23rd, so unsure what you can do...?

HELP REQUIRED FOR THIS GUY, AS I SEE IT HE HAS A SEMI BRICK/PROCEEDING WITH FULL BRICK.....due to no internet connection.....


Right

he was on 3.2U.....with HBC
with all internet connections already CLEARED as they didn't work.

then he changed wiimusic pal to ntsc, without brickblocking it!! using wiifrii
HE THEN PROCEEDED WITH AN ASKED UPDATE

(he is obviously semi bricked, now on 3.3 pal/ntsc)

now he has opera message when trying to go into settings


IS THERE ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM HE CAN RECOVER, i'm pretty sure with the diagnostic checks which i know of, he is F**ked till a game with a new update is out, am i right??? due to him removing internet connections, there's noway he can et a new one up is there??

If he can still run homebrew, I think there is still possibility of downgrading... Waninkoko's initial downgrader app was working with the files on the sd card... wrong?

YEAH HE STILL HAS HBC, i don't know about the downgrader with allowance of having the downgrading files on SD Card, can you help him wiicrazy

Well I never used wanin's downgrader apps so I can't help him...

If those apps that reads and writes the sysconf file (anyregion changer and wanin's downgrader) were open source then one would have the possibility to later configure the wifi I guess... Too bad, they are not open source... Still to add that feature into those apps is risky and needs a lot of testing...

and there are a lot of mess about the new update I guess in the wifi downgrade process...

change your region first to pal so you can enter settings then set up internet then use downgrader to usa again

whatever you do dont delete the HBC

actually you can accept a different region update without any bricks as long as you have a higher firmware version


like accept 3.1u on a 3.2j wii, for the purpose of completing ioses

any region changer may give him an error... we don't know and how can he do this without wifi, you find the app where the downgrading files are available. there just isn't...

so i was saying for him to see what happens when he puts a pal game like COD5 in.

Use patchmii and a game with the latest update from your region like GHWT.
