ROM Hack [Help] Restoring data after downgrade

I followed this guide, or attempted to anyways, to downgrade

Also just tried reinstalling ticket for shovel knight from FBI and it brought back the game, but not my data. (I just did one specific ticket, because I don't want to plunge and make a decision that will affect all my games until I know I have something that'll work)

That's why you should always back up saves when doing something big like downgrading, also, why did you downgrade?

Too late now, If someone had mentioned it, I would have. i thought it was included in the guide (the guide that I followed to hack my 3ds to begin with had me backing up very frequently).

Dowgraded so I could stream the game I'm currently playing on twitch (11.4 isn't compatible with the PC streaming feature)

I don't even want to anymore though if I have to start the game from scratch. Don't want to play it anymore nor stream it now.

My original post wasn't here if you're referring to the downgrade. It was on 3dshacks on reddit.

I'm still at the same point I was when I first posted here and haven't done anything irreversible from the time of posting the OP till now, so if there was something there that could have been done since then, I'd still be able to do it now.

Don't use /r/3dshacks, one of the worst places for this

Obviously; but I dont' know about the various communities w/o trying them first. I don't have any way of just mentally coming at some realization of "I need to be using this site"

So there's absolutely nothing that can be done at this point? I mean the data is literally still on my SD card. I just need a way to access it

There really is no future reference tbh if I lose all my data, I'm probably going to not be interested in the 3ds anymore. Not replaying all these games w/ all the time I've put into them and all the grinding I've done
