Help request with general texture packs

Anyone have experience with ps1 or nes hd packs? before I get bombarded with what the name of the group and this is specifically for PS2, only reason I'm asking here because this is the most active texture pack group, Kind of need a tutorial, trying to get all the evil dead games done so I can start a let's play with commentary on all of them for October and if anyone knows please reply or send me a message , thank you

honestly the most active PS1 group (or any group other than PCSX2/dolphin) would be Retro Texture Packs but PS1 dumping is in a sorry state right now. but many of the same principles of dumping/upscaling for ps2 is the same with ps1. neither console you mentioned has a tutorial for dumping but you can probably figure out how nes works similarly enough to PCSX2 I'd imagine.

Flycast also has texture dumping support, something everyone forgets about

Best bet would be asking Bl4ckhand, he has been releasing quite a lot of PSONE texture packs recently so im sure he has some experience in making them, for psone at least. nes packs, i have no idea
