My 3DS cant connect to online services for some reason...
It says that I need to accept something but if I try to accept this thing
it says "Not available in your region". But thats not the point because everything works
fine my N3DS, so it doesnt matter.
I wanted to replace my town with this: (Dream Code: 2900-0395-5809)
But Im unable to use dream codes on my 3DS so I need someone to
dump this town and upload the file.
