Hacking Help removing IOS

I've been told that IOS249 is used to run backups, I don't even remember installing IOS249 but I want to remove it before I sell this wii. I tried anytitle deleter but it gave me an error, do you guys know how to remove it?

I forgot to point this out, the wii has 4.2 installed on it, didn't nintendo put a stub ios249 on 4.2? Maybe the IOS249 that I have is a stub, do you guys think so?

One more question, do I need a cios to get DOP IOS to run? when I try to run it I get a black screen and my remote turns off.

Sorry for the double post but if cios36 was installed on this system, what would it show up as on anytitle remover?

If you have a stub IOS249 then just leave it like that and sell your wii.

Ok cool, one more question, if I want to install an ios without updating my wii's firmware what program do you recommend? I currently use WIISCU.
