Help remembering game name?

I need help remembering the name of a game I once saw on youtube. It was a Japanese game that never made it to the US. The gameplay was similar to the megaman games. It was either for the GBA or the DS (I don't remember).

"Similar to Megaman" would mean.. which series type? 8-Bit/X/Legends/Zero/Battle Network/etc

theres completely a loss of info. you cant give us nothing and expect to pull out a game, when 3rd party companies do that you get shit like Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier, or other types of shovelware

I think the game your looking for is Rockman EXE 4.5 Real Operation for the GBA

Sorry, it was a side scroller, there were vehicles involved. In terms of looks, it'd be similar to the Zero series.
