Hacking Help regarding NDS Adapter Plus

I just received my NDS Adapter Plus today, which I bought with the intention of using for Pokemon Soul Silver. The problem is that whenever I try to restore my save file to the Soul Silver cartridge, it never works. I've searched the forums and from a few posts I can see that it is working for others, but I couldn't find anyone with a similar issue.

Would anyone know how I might go about fixing this issue?

Edit: Well now I feel like an idiot because it was as simple as running the program as an admin.

Where'd you buy yours and how much you pay? thinking of getting one to make loaded cartridges.

it is about 25 bucks and it will take about 2 to 4 weeks to to get to where ever you are.
