I gonna buy a Wii u but the guy says me:
The wii u system it's slow so it took about 5-6 minutes to launch some app

My question is
That error have solution or that wii it's already dead?

No Wii U should take THAT long to open an app. If he has it being launched from a USB, it's probably that the drive is nearly dead or it's slow as shit.
