Hacking [HELP] Rare Wii u ERROR

I gonna buy a Wii u but the guy says me:
The wii u system it's slow so it took about 5-6 minutes to launch some app

My question is
That error have solution or that wii it's already dead?

No Wii U should take THAT long to open an app. If he has it being launched from a USB, it's probably that the drive is nearly dead or it's slow as shit.

I'd clean out any dust in the fans, as that can have an effect on the speed of the console, and can even cause freezes
