Hardware Help quick with backing up my ps3 !!!!

Hello everyone. I need to backup my ps3 because i think its dying.What can i do to backup every single information in the ps3 . Practically everything. ( i have already backed up all my saves ). Im on rebug cfw if that helps ....

There is an Backup Option in the Settings where you can backup on an external Drive. As far as i know
thats the only Option to make a backup.
