Hardware HELP PLZ!!!!

i just formatted my 2.00gb micro sd card and i was transfering my files back 2 it when it says disk is full.. so i deleted it all and looked at the amount of free space on it i have 989mb free space on a 2gb card when nothings on it!!

so im stuck HELP PLEASE!! :'( :'( :'(

Re-format it. If it still gives you that amount, send it to the company as a defected memory card or
ask for a refund wherever you bought it.

Make sure it's formatted as FAT32, not plain FAT. Also, you might need to split to ROMs up into a few separate folders rather than dumping them all straight onto the root of the card.
