A friend accidentally touched something in his SD and now some games work but anothers not, and the worst part is that the freeshop doesn't load, any solution please? (sorry for the english)

Is he running the latest Luma via a9lh? Do you have any clue what file he messed with? Which games work, and which don't?

You could try reinstalling freeshop. Could you try to answer my previous questions?

He tried with 2 different qr but it gives to him error on the install.
About the file, he said that his phone didn't recognize his microsd and later he put the sd back in the console and that happened.
In a little i will answer those questions because my friend isn't connected

He got Luma V6.3.1.
Smash doesn't work
When he closes animal crossing the 3ds restart
but other games like luigis mansion, sonic lost world, works fine

Tell him to copy the entire sd to his computer, format, plug back in to 3ds, and then copy the files back.

I would suggest telling your friend to not share the same sd card for 2 devices to avoid this in the future.
