Hacking Help please

Hi, I think i have a problem with my psp 1000, one time i wanted to add a new game but my memory card is full so i took out one game and left it on my pc and put the new one but i couldn't find it in the psp although it was in the right place so i took it out and reput the first game but i couldn't find it so i took out another game ( a mini game that i didn't always play ) and when i put it back it's gone ! it's in the meory stick but i can't find it in the psp, so i though my psp unhacked itslef but no i can still acces recovery menu

so What happened

ISOs go under the ISO folder on the root of the memory stick.
Anything else goes under root/PSP/Game/.
